We received a prompt and professional reply from the beginning. The quote was fair and honest and easy to understand. When the tech arrived he was prompt and professional again, communicating with us over text very easily and always polite. After showing the elliptical to the tech I explained up front that we needed preventative maintenance and we wanted to protect our investment. The tech explained throughout the process what he was doing and called me over to explain ways to extend the life of the equipment. After he was finished the equipment was in much better shape and performed better than we hoped. He also showed us a couple of inexpensive fixes to help us to better use the equipment. As with all exercise equipment what you spend going in will dictate what type of longevity you will receive. The tech was professionally dressed and well spoken and I was pleased to have him in our home and we will be calling on him again every 6 months to keep the equipment in good working order. I had been dealing with an issue for over 3-months with NordicTrack and had 2 service techs quit their jobs before fixing my machine. Sabatino is extremely responsive. He responded to my request within 30-minutes and setup a service call for my treadmill. He showed up 5-minutes before he said he would and his punctuality was very appreciated. He then checked everything that could possibly be wrong with the machine - from the strength of the wires to the outlets.
