There are a lot of people that just start doing this with very little, direct experience and education, let alone a lengthy apprenticeship, because there is no licensing regulation. Be cautious of individuals who will purposely under bid a job 20 to 30%, and even more in some cases. They do this so they can get in the door and then up-sell you on parts and services you don’t need. The most important thing for people to know is to make sure and get your equipment serviced at least once a year, especially if it’s a treadmill. Not doing so will severely limit the operating life of any exercise machine and lead to higher costs to fix.
